What the plan includes

There is one plan. Monthly and yearly get the same software; the only difference is how you pay, and both cover SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2.

• Readiness score and gap list. Every requirement marked done or open, with the fix for each gap.
• Policies. Written from your actual setup rather than a template, and approved by you.
• Evidence. Collected from the tools you already run, each item traced to its source.
• Monitoring. Monthly check-ins and an alert when a control slips.
• A package ready for the auditor. Indexed and mapped to the criteria.

How audits are priced

Every plan comes with access to our preferred pricing program. We negotiate with independent licensed CPA firms on your behalf. The software does most of the work, so the auditor only has to verify evidence that arrives prepared, and that is why the fee is low.

You see your price in the app before you book, and nothing is charged until you do. Audits unlock after four paid months on monthly, or right away on yearly. Monthly or yearly

Monthly is $199, cancel any time. Yearly is $2,189, which is one month free, and audits can be booked right away. Both are the same software.

What you do not pay for

No onboarding fee. No sales call. No consultant hours, because the software does the work a consultant used to bill for: it asks plain questions, writes the policies from your answers and tells you what to upload next. If you get stuck, email us and someone on the team replies.

SOC 2 used to be sold like enterprise software, with a contract, a consultant and a separate bill from the audit firm, which is why it mostly belonged to well funded companies. Cancelling and refunds

Monthly plans end at the close of the month you paid for, and there are no refunds on monthly. Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days, as long as no audit has been booked and no package has been exported.
